• TSC and other attendees agree upon the Shapeshifter logo

• Process for change request
• Change request can be submittes via pull request on Github:  https://github.com/shapeshifter
• Shapeshifter has a team of developers for maintaining the code.
• They can approve small non-functional change request
• Functional changes should be approved by the TSC

• Github repositories
• Technical documentation (such as the XSD files) will be uploaded tot the Github repositories.
• Functional documentation will be uploaded to the wiki https://wiki.lfenergy.org/x/splCAQ
• Question is raised how to cope with backward compatibility. The TSC will further deep-dive into this, based on some documentation John sent:

• Functional Change: add message for measurement data
• This change request is submitted via the FUSION project;
• It allows other parties than a DSO for collecting measurement data (such as an AGR)
• It allows also for sub-metering
• The change has no functional impact on the existing code and is backward compatible. 
• Not enough time to discuss in detail, during this session, an additional session will be planned.
