Next TSC meeting

For this public meeting, it would be great if we follow these items:
Current release train 2022.0.0 Release v2022.0.0 (aka 2.0.0) · powsybl/powsybl-dependencies (github.com)
- Open-loadflow : a patch release is expected after a bug fix. Its occurs for AC sensitivity analysis, in case of a contingency that breaks the connectivity with a GLSK connected to the lost buses. The next contingencies are not well computed because of bad GLSK weights restoration (AC sensitivity analysis: add GLSK restoration after loss of connectivity by annetill · Pull Request #664 · powsybl/powsybl-open-loadflow (github.com)).
- Pypowsybl: a release of pypowsybl is expected at the end of next week with:
1) Support of slack terminal extension
2) Support of aliases
3) Expose possible values for import and export parameters
4) PerUnit module
5) Network modifications: create voltage level from scratch, revert create line on line and revert create voltage level on line, create coupling device, replace tee point by voltage level on line.
6) DynaWaltz integration?
Next release train for the end of January.
- The release of powsybl-core is expected on January the 18th, with a release candidate during the first week of 2023.
This release already contains Release v5.1.0 (expected: 2023-01-18) · powsybl/powsybl-core (github.com)
1) Support of battery contingency
2) Network modifications: support of bus/breaker topology for create feeder bays.
3) UCTE: support of mixed ratio and phase tap changers
4) Expected: IIDM Json support, increase of short-circuit API with status and voltage droops, regulation tap changer action, some fixes for CGMES import/export, fixes on PSSE importer.
Maybe: IIDM with default values, Security analysis API: lost generators and lost loads, number of synchronous components created.
Roadmap:
- CGMES export: improvements and fixes after long term planning IOPs.
- Network modifications: rework of all modifications for serialization and refactorings.
- Scalable.
- Increasing the shortcircuits API: work around parameters.
- Open loadflow:
1) DC security analysis with remedial actions: next release train.
2) Static var compensator with stand by automaton: next release train.
3) Fast restart with support of a target change.
- Diagram: support of nodes move by user.
- Dynawo: support of real network with more dynamics models and mapping rules.
- TODO: documentation.
- TODO: rethink about merging view and the bugs.
- IIDM: Sets of operational limits -> postponed.
- IIDM: modeling of protections -> postponed.
