Mathieu Bague, one of your committer team, has decided to leave the group because he is missing time to work with us with his new activities. So I would like to propose a new member in order to keep a great dynamics. As presented in the last TSC, Damien Jeandemange, from Artelys is candidate. Damien will have the maintenability of core, open-loadflow and entsoe, with no release duty for the moment. This should be organized later. How is in favor of having Damien as committer?
