Many people cannot join tomorrow, so I have to postpone the meeting, sorry !

At the beginning of the meeting, we are going to vote for a new committer as Sylvain has left his place. Thank you a lot Sylvain for what you have done for Powsybl and it was so great to work with you during these past years J
I think Etienne (EtienneLt's access for powsybl (github.com)) could be a relevant choice as major maintainer of pypowsybl and contributor of many repositories.
