Next TSC meeting

For this public meeting, it would be great if we follow these items:
Next release is expected for November the 16th. The release of powsybl-core 5.0.0 has already been published as RC and contains:
Release v5.0.0 (expected: 2022-11-09) · powsybl/powsybl-core (github.com)
The major features or bug fixes are:
- A CGMES export without TN mapping.
- CGMES functional logs (thanks Luma !).
- New contingency list models.
- Contingency status for security analysis.
- IIDM: components with single bus are supported in bus/breaker topology.
- IIDM: new extension StandByAutomaton for Static Var Compensnator.
- IIDM modifications: create voltage level topology, remove feeder bay, revert create line on line and revert create voltage level on line, fixes (WIP).
- Security analysis: refactor action serialization, new remedial actions (generator, load)
- Quality and bug fixes.
Other repositories:
- Entsoe: balances ajustement and enstoe repositories have been merged. Flow decomposition enhancement.
- SLD and NAD: it is expected that the merge of repositories will be done for next week. Florian and Luma for new features.
ð Do not forget to change powsybl-dependencies.
- Dynawo: Florian
- Open loadflow: three PR are still unmerged but necessary for next release. Mostly Geoffroy time is needed.
The major new features or bug fixes are: many refactorings linked to new internal connectivity API, a first support AC security analysis with operator strategies (switch action, line connection action and PST tap position change) and support of new contingency status for security analysis.
Roadmap:
- CGMES export: improvements and fixes after long term planning IOPs.
- Network modifications: support of bus/breaker topology in create branch feeder and create bay feeder. Rework of all modifications for serialization and refactorings.
- Scalable
- Increasing the shortcircuits API: REX after models integration and work around parameters
- Open loadflow DC security analysis with remedial actions.
- TODO: documentation.
- TODO: rethink about merging view and the bugs.
- IIDM: Sets of operational limits -> postponed.
- IIDM: modeling of protections -> postponed.
- Powsybl annual review next TAC (next week).
- TSC: new election to replace Mathieu. Any candidate?
