Hi everyone,

We have just released powsybl-dependencies 2022.0.0, which concludes the last PowSyBl release train. You can find all the repositories' versions and release notes in the table below.

The most noteworthy new features are:
  • support of new network modifications such as voltage level creation from scratch,
  • support of ShortCircuit data of CIM-CGMES format,
  • support of new remedial actions such as generator and load actions,
  • improvements of CIM-CGMES export from CGMES or non CGMES network,
  • a beta version of the implementation of AC security analysis with remedial actions (switch action and phase tap changer tap position action),
  • improving the performance of flow decomposition (memory usage and computation time),
  • ease the dynamic model mapping for generators,
  • adding voltage and angle information for each bus on network area diagrams and improving the nodes layout.


Note also the following major breaking changes:
  • powsybl-network-area-diagram repository has been merged into powsybl-single-line-diagram, which has therefore been renamed to powsybl-diagram
  • powsybl-balances-adjustment repository has been merged into powsybl-entsoe
  • iidm-converter-api artifact has been merged with iidm-api: Importers::loadNetwork has been replaced by Network::read, and Exporters::export by Network::write
