LF Energy OpenEEmeter License Scan and Findings - Dec 2022

Hi Team,

Here are the results from the December 2022 license scan of the OpenEEmeter project.  The scan was performed using the Linux Foundation Fossology server.  Licenses and copyrights were examined.
