I put some notes about each of the three system architectures that we have talked about in recent weeks into the above google doc. Anyone should be able to view, add comments, and hopefully add edits in 'suggest' mode (like track changes in MS Word). If you have any issues contact me. As I see suggestions, I can accept them into the doc and in some cases annotate them with the initials of who added the content.
I was hoping to figure out more terms/definitions, specific concepts, and communication details from the Sony and Heila systems. I am hoping that you can add to what I have and correct what is wrong.
I am looking for the underlying system architecture, not particulars that are only for a specific application. As the doc notes, my goal is to have a system architecture for coordination that can be abstracted from any particular "physical layer" technology that addresses electrical engineering issues. The idea is that each 'domain of power' can be isolated for those EE issues from others - with power electronics.
I hope that everyone can have opinions about all of this, and ideally we can find some principles and terminology to coalesce around on Thursday.
Probably would be good to also include diagrams.
