CalTRACK chair election results
Good morning CalTRACKers,
Let me start by extending a big THANK YOU to Ethan Goldman and Natalie Kozlowski for stepping up to offer working group leadership in 2020. Not the most glamorous or high paying role but still central to the work we're trying to accomplish.
Balloting for CalTRACK 2020 chair closed last night with 13 ballots. My thanks to those of you who took time to consider the working group's direction and leadership needs.
I'm happy to announce that 9 of 13 ballots were cast for Ethan Goldman. Ethan, congratulations and thank you. I'm looking forward to working with you.
Finally, a big thank you and round of applause to Jon Kolliner for your thoughtful and steady leadership and focus over the last year. You made my job much easier.
Best regards,
Bruce Mast

Congratulations Ethan!
And agreed, THANK YOU Jon for all your work over the past year to move CalTRACK forward. The pay sucked but you got a ton of karma points from any god that appreciates efficiency.

Thanks, Bruce - I appreciate the opportunity to serve in this capacity, and look forward to getting input from the working group about what we should focus on this year.
I also echo Bruce and Steve's commendations for Jon - I hope I can measure up to your steady-handed leadership!
Natalie, I know you have already been supporting the group over this last year, and I hope you will remain involved - we would certainly benefit from the organizational continuity!
We can discuss next steps as a group at next month's meeting, but please feel free to contact me directly before then if there's anything on your mind.
Cheers,
Ethan
