Issue 7 Updates

Hi all,

Based on our last meeting, I was assigned Issue 7 in the repo on granularity of production. I have added a new comment and linked to a spreadsheet where I've been drafting my initial thinking.
  • First tab, "ProductionTypology" drafts classifiers for identifying the Production Type
  • Second tab, "DataFieldTaxonomy" works under a premise that the data provider has granular raw data, and then specifies the data field, parameters, and latency that one would wish to call (ideally via REST API)
The two resources I've been trying to pull from are the ENTSOE Manual of Procedures and EIA Form 923 Instructions. Please feel free to collaborate directly in the spreadsheet or add comments / feedback in the Github issue.
