Hi,

We had today the kickoff of the work stream 3 for delivering the API specification.

The idea is to build a POC API that implements the spec, which can autogenerate an OpenAPI spec. 
We will in parallel maintain a Doc that specifies Taxonomy and provide details around data types and parameters.
